PA66  A70 MoS₂ is molybdenum disulfide filled PA66 injection molding grade material developed , featuring excellent self-lubrication, high wear resistance, low friction and good thermal stability with around 1% MoS₂ content.

    Yield tensile strength: 85 MPa
    Elongation at break: 4–5%
    Flexural strength: 140 MPa (ISO 178)

Thermal Properties

    HDT (1.82 MPa): 240℃
    Continuous service temperature: -30℃ ~ +120℃
    Flame rating: UL94 HB (1.5mm)

Friction & Wear Performance

    Coefficient of friction (vs steel): 0.15–0.25
    Wear resistance: 30%~50% higher than neat PA66, anti-seize and abrasion-proof

Processing Guidelines

    Drying condition: 80–90℃ for 4–6 hours, moisture content below 0.2%
    Barrel temperature: 260–280℃
    Mold temperature: 65–85℃
    Moderate to high injection pressure & medium injection speed
